Return and Refund Policy

Hydropure Tanks

This policy supersedes all previous versions.

Hydropure Tanks manufactures and supplies stainless steel water storage solutions designed for long-term use. Due to the size, weight, and industrial nature of our products, returns are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, subject to eligibility conditions.

Return requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Not be filled with water or any liquid

  • Not be modified, drilled, welded, cut, or structurally altered

  • Be in original, resellable condition

  • Include all accessories, fittings, manuals, and documentation

  • Be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible

Any product that has been installed, customized, altered, or used is not eligible for return.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and delivery details

  • Do not install or modify the product

Upon verification, Hydropure Tanks may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Refund

Hydropure Tanks will bear the return logistics cost for verified defective products.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

4. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)

We accept non-defective returns within 30 days from delivery, subject to the following:

  • Product must meet all eligibility conditions listed above

  • Customer must submit a formal return request before shipping the product back

  • Customer is responsible for return transportation and logistics costs

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

  • A restocking fee may apply depending on tank size, handling requirements, and logistics complexity

Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval at our facility.

Hydropure Tanks reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Return Authorization Process

Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

6. Inspection and Refund Timeline

All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

If a return is rejected after inspection, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges may be permitted within 30 days subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Eligibility conditions

  • Additional transportation or price difference charges

8. Customized or Special Orders

Custom-built, made-to-order, or specially fabricated tanks are non-returnable unless found defective upon delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hydropure Tanks shall not be liable for:

  • Improper installation

  • Site preparation errors

  • Structural base issues

  • Improper handling after delivery

Customers are advised to inspect products before installation.
