Hydropure Tanks manufactures and supplies stainless steel water storage solutions designed for long term industrial use. Due to the size, weight, and structural nature of our products, returns are subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery for both defective and non defective products, subject to the eligibility conditions stated in this policy.
Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must:
• Be unused and uninstalled
• Not be filled with water or any liquid
• Not be modified, drilled, welded, cut, or structurally altered
• Be in original resellable condition
• Include all accessories, fittings, manuals, and documentation
• Be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible
Any product that has been installed, customized, altered, or used in any capacity is not eligible for return.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographic evidence and delivery details
• Do not install, modify, or attempt repairs
Upon verification, Hydropure Tanks may offer, at its discretion:
• Replacement
• Repair
• Refund
Hydropure Tanks will bear the return logistics cost for verified defective products.
Failure to report visible damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
4. Non Defective Returns
We accept non defective returns within 30 days from delivery, provided all eligibility conditions are satisfied.
Additional terms:
• A formal return authorization must be obtained before shipping
• Customer is responsible for return transportation and logistics costs
• Original delivery charges are non refundable
• A restocking fee may apply depending on tank size and handling complexity
• Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval
